It’s no secret that the New York Giants beat the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl last night. What we didn’t expect was Tom Brady’s wife, Gisele Bundchen, going nuts about the whole thing. Obviously, Tom is only one man, so he can’t do it all…right?
While leaving the stadium last night, some Patriots fans were heckling Gisele. They yelled at her, “Eli owns your husband.” So, in response, she told a friend, “My husband can not f***ing throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can’t believe they dropped the ball so many times.”
Obviously, that was a dig on her husband’s teammates. Later, she was seen offering Tom some comfort after the loss.
According to sources inside the Patriots organization, Gisele should’ve kept her mouth shut. They claim that she violated the team’s “code of brotherhood” by running her yap about the team’s receivers.
Sources said that his teammates are disappointed that she decided to talk about it, especially where people could hear it AND record it. TMZ reports:
According to sources, Tom’s teammates feel betrayed by Gisele’s behavior — the Pats organization is a brotherhood and Gisele’s pot shot violated the code — which is basically … win as a team, lose as a team.
As one source put it, “It’s like knocking someone when they are down.”
