Beyonce And Jay-Z Stay Winning

When Beyonce moves, success follows. Though she may have been indecisive about staying with Jay-Z, she knows that when they get along they can do great things together. The power couple are currently performing side-by-side for their “On The Run II” tour and people are loving it. Lemonade was sweet, but Bey’s current tour is even sweeter.

According to Complex, the tour has brought in $150 million so far. And once it’s over, it’s estimated that they will have made $250 million. That’s insane! They are outselling every other artist by far. In fact, it’s so much that to call it a competition would almost be insulting. It goes to show that if a couple can get past minor issues such as cheating, your wallet will thank you.

Bey and Jay may have failed each other from time to time, but one thing that they never failed to do is engage the audience. Unlike artists such as Nicki Minaj, who sold a lot of albums but can’t fill an arena, the dynamic duo keeps fans interested.

However, some people are a little too obsessed with the couple, as seen on Saturday when a fan jumped onto the stage during a performance. According to ET, the super fan snuck past security all the way to the backup dancers where he was finally caught. While the guy’s actions were incredibly stupid, it’s pretty impressive that he was able to get that far before anyone noticed. But then again, who would blame the security for jamming out to the hottest artists of the year?

What did the professionals have to say about this? In a politely-worded statement, they told the media that “at the end of last night’s show, we had an intoxicated male enter the stage. At this point, we had a controlled evacuation of all crew on the stage in order to safely defuse the situation.” And the show goes on.

It’s no shock to the world that Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian have one of the best bodies out there. Their personal trainer is Amanda Lee, a high school friend, who works them out in the BEST WAY. Their focus: HIIT workouts, high intensity, interval training. This targets both cardio and weights all at once, shredding fat loss and toning at the same time.

The focus of the Kardashian’s workout is on their booty and their abs which is not surprising because every woman wants a toned butt and tummy.

The first thing Amanda Lee says is to switch up the workouts, not do the same thing every day. They do a lot of resistance band work, squats and lunge variations. The trainer says they also enjoy using the step up and the bosu ball. They use smaller sized weights with many reps. Amanda Lee does not focus on cardio like running or the ellipticals because the HIIT workouts already have a high intensity both including cardio with the weights and resistance.

Beyonce Fools Fans Into Thinking Twins Made ‘On The Run’ Tour Cameos: See Video!

Beyonce knew exactly what she was doing when she captured herself posing for the cameras holding two babies in her hand, giving fans the impression she was showcasing her twins.

The singer has been rather private about all things regarding Rumi and Sir, who she gave birth to on June 13, last year.

Bey and her husband Jay Z kicked off their On The Run 2 tour on June 6 in Cardiff, United Kingdom, and during the intro segment, the singer can be seen holding two babies.

The videos that ended up surfacing online had fans buzzing, convinced that those were actually Beyonce’s kids, but apparently, from what BuzzFeed reports, they are not the twins.

It’s not quite clear who those two children belong to, but having seen how well Beyonce and Jay Z have been at pulling off publicity stunts, this certainly doesn’t come as a surprise to anybody.

Why Dancing May Be Your New Favorite Cardio

We all know, we all get it, everyone hates cardio. And I mean even marathon runners kinda hate it, trying to make running on a treadmill fun is kind of ridiculous and kind of impossible.

We all ALSO know, we all ALSO get it, Beyonce’s body is OUT OF THIS WORLD. After having babies, after being such a busy bee, even Beyonce makes time for herself and for her body. And you know what the superstar does?

Cardio.

And lots of it (unfortunately)

BUT SHE MAKES IT FUN, AND WITH DANCING!!

Beyonce does squats, high knees, burpees, and BOOTY SHAKES as cardio. She blasts her favorite music (probably her own) and gets in a quick HIIT workout. A HIIT workout is a high intensity workout, and it is said to burn even more calories than your boring treadmill workout. I find doing HIIT workouts to be 10X’s more enjoyable and quicker than dragging your sorry flat ass to another treadmill run from hell.

SO SHAKE YOUR BOOTY AND GET A BODY LIKE BEYONCE, trust me you’ll thank me.
